# clsLegalPersonList

`clsLegalPersonList` is the library's ALJ lookup factory. Its `GetALJ` method builds a `clsLegalPersonList` collection by prepending a synthetic `None` option and then loading active `LEGAL_PERSON` / `LEGAL_PERSON_TYPE` rows whose type code is `ALJ`.

## Purpose

- Build the legal-person collection used for ALJ selection scenarios.
- Include a `legal_person_seq_num = 0` / `None` row so callers can represent no selection without separate placeholder logic.
- Restrict database-backed rows to active `LEGAL_PERSON_TYPE = 'ALJ'` entries before loading them into `clsLegalPersons` objects.
